Where are we?
We are fortunate enough to be in the upmarket boutique suburb of Nedlands.  There is plenty going on with the University of Western Australia as well as Kings Park close by.  There is a friendly buzz on the streets with cafes and shops surrounding us.  Nedlands is situated west of the city, only a five minute drive from the beautiful Perth CBD and Swan River. 

Perth is experiencing record growth in terms of inner-city living, development and industry.The City of Perth is a major provider of free entertainment for the 1.5 million people in the metropolitan area and is the premier destination for business, entertainment, nightlife, culture and the arts.  The quality of life is certainly very high in Western Australia, not to mention the beaches and weather are superb.

Creative Lead

JAZ creative is a multi-disciplinary, ambidextrous and energetic graphic design studio that operates nationally with people all over the world.

We’re looking for an energetic, confident and passionate graphic designer to take on the newly created position of Creative Lead. You will be required to work with the studio manager to set the creative standard by leading by example, while also managing all aspects of your jobs including liaising directly with clients, designing, coordinating production of your jobs and managing your work diary.

You:
• As a graphic designer have built up a plump portfolio of print and web work.

• A graphic designer with a minimum of 5 years commercial design experience and technically competent.

• Able to provide creative lead and encouragement to design team.

• Love colour management and find grids both beautiful and breakable.

• Value efficiency and planning.

• Have the versatility to work on wide array of clients and jobs.

• Have an expert proficiency in the tools of your trade: In Design, Illustrator and Photoshop are essential; Fireworks and Flash skills highly regarded.

• Enjoy talking to clients direct and managing your own projects.

• Have a desire to take on responsibility.

Our special graphic designer will be able to think outside the square, be practical with a creative flair and of course be passionate!  There is an attractive salary package for the right person of $65-70k plus super (plus the opportunity to earn bonuses).
